Application Support & Maintenance

We offer a number of levels of support - from Ad Hoc, Club Class and First Class to Executive Class. The difference is the amount of time and money you are prepared to commit to your systems in order to safeguard your investment.

With Club Class you pay for a minimum of 4 hours service per month, with First Class a minimum of 8 hours per month and with Executive Class a minimum of 12 hours per month. The more hours you commit to, the lower the hourly fee and the faster the response time to a problem. We can help you determine a reasonable number of hours of support per month based on your requirements.

Your systems are core to your business - with a service agreement in place, you can rest assured the performance of your business systems will be maintained and the integrity of your data protected - leaving you to get on with what you know best, your business.

Further more, we can't estimate the cost of a job before understanding either your budget or your requirements. As a rule of thumb, the more detailed the specification, the more accurate the estimate. The analogy with the building industry is a good one. Where architectural drawings are required before the builders know what to start building, so do we!

This all may appear a little daunting, but we're here to guide you through this process and provide the appropriate amount of documentation to the software engineers, to get the job done.
